SHIPPING

At Bow Wow Boutique NZ we want to get your purchase to you quickly and safely. Your order will be processed as soon as possible within normal business hours.

Domestic Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel.

​For shipping within New Zealand to a non-rural address we use Courier Post at a standard rate of $6.00.

 

For shipping within NZ to a rural address we use Courier Post at a standard rate of $10.00.

International Shipping

Please be aware that due to COVID-19 there may be delays in getting your order due to the amount of parcels being sent at this time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is ready to go.

 

For shipping to Australia using NZ Post - Air Satchel Tracked is a standard rate of $15.00. This service is tracked.

We aim to dispatch orders within 72 working hours unless advised otherwise.

New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days while international orders are typically delivered within 5-25 working days depending upon the destination, postal service and any customs processing.
